END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
DarkGeneral Wallet Forensics
EULA version 1
27 October 2026

Copyright (c) 2026 Stanley Capital Group LLC. All rights reserved.

This agreement is between you and Stanley Capital Group LLC ("the seller"). DarkGeneral is the brand of the software. Read this agreement before using or buying. If you do not accept it, do not access, buy, or use the software.

1. Seller

DarkGeneral Wallet Forensics is sold and licensed by Stanley Capital Group LLC.
Product: DarkGeneral Wallet Forensics.
Price: 19.99 USD, payable in the cryptocurrencies shown at checkout.
Customer support: support@darkgeneral.com.

2. Lifetime license

On successful payment and valid license issuance, the seller grants you a perpetual, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the purchased version of the software for personal purposes. The payment is one-time. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The license does not expire solely because time has passed.

This license does not guarantee lifetime support, future updates, compatibility with future operating systems or browsers, third-party API availability, or continued hosting of checkout or recovery.

You may use the software on devices you own or control, for your personal use. You may not sell, transfer, redistribute, publicly share, or sublicense a license file. This agreement does not sell you the copyright.

A Wallet Forensics license does not unlock DarkGeneral TradeVault, and a TradeVault license does not unlock Wallet Forensics.

3. What you may not do

You may not redistribute the software, resell it, rent it, sublicense it, or publish it. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it except where a statute forbids that limit. You may not remove the copyright notice.

4. Your data

Checks, notes, tags, watchlists, backups, and license data are stored locally in your browser on your device. The software does not send telemetry. You are responsible for your backups. You can clear this site's stored data in the browser. Clearing it deletes the local case file.

A live check sends the wallet address or token mint to Helius using your own Helius API key. The key stays in your browser and is never sent to the seller. Token identifiers and price lookups may be sent to Jupiter's public price API and to CoinGecko's public API. Those third-party services have their own terms. You are responsible for your own Helius plan and credits. TradeVault, if you use it with the same key, draws on the same credits.

Checkout sends the asset, the amount, an order id, an optional email, and, when you recover a license, a transaction signature or the order id together with the email saved on that order. The order record stores the EULA version you accepted and the time the checkout service received that acceptance. The license file does not contain that record. The seller does not receive your checks.

The host (Cloudflare) may process limited technical information, including the network address used for rate limits. The software does not add tracking, advertising, or analytics. The seller does not ask for a seed phrase or a private key.

5. Third-party services

The software may use Helius, Jupiter, and CoinGecko for blockchain records and prices. Those services operate independently of the seller. They may change their APIs, access, pricing, or availability. Features that need them, or that need an internet connection, may become temporarily or permanently unavailable. You are responsible for your own third-party API credentials.

6. Research and analysis

DarkGeneral Wallet Forensics is a research tool. It shows on-chain signals from public Solana records: ages, transfers, authorities, holder lists, and timing. A flag is a description of those records and of what could not be checked. It is not an accusation of a crime. It is not a statement that a person or a token is a scam. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

The software does not guarantee that a report is accurate, complete, or current. Records can be missing, mis-decoded, or outside the caps described in the guide. Do not rely on a report as a basis for a purchase, a sale, or a legal claim. Where you need advice, use a qualified adviser.

7. Demo edition

Without a valid license file the software shows fictional example cases. Those cases are labeled fictional and are not live chain records. Live checks of addresses you paste require a license. Test Connection can be used to see whether a Helius key is accepted. The seller is not obliged to keep demo data available after you clear that data or stop using the software.

8. License delivery and recovery

After the checkout service verifies a blockchain payment, you receive a license file, and you can activate that license on the device from the checkout page.

If you already paid and the page did not show the license, you can recover it from the recovery option on the checkout page. Use either the payment transaction signature, or the order id plus the email saved on that order. The email alone is not enough. A wrong email and an unknown order get the same answer.

A sufficient payment still recovers the license after the checkout window (about 20 minutes) has passed. Recovery attempts are rate limited. If the payment is not on the network yet, recovery says it was not found yet.

A payment below the price does not issue a license. Later payments to the same payment link are added together. You can send the rest to that same link, or contact support@darkgeneral.com. A payment above the price issues the license. An incorrect payment or an excess payment may need manual review. Cryptocurrency transfers may be irreversible, and refunds remain available where required by law.

If the license still does not appear, write to support@darkgeneral.com and include the transaction details.

9. Cryptocurrency payments

Checkout accepts only the cryptocurrencies and networks shown on the checkout page. You must verify the address, the network, and the amount before you send a payment. Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible. An incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable payment may need manual review. Refunds and other remedies remain available where required by law.

10. Payment and refunds

Try the free demo before you buy. Paid licenses are generally nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. Nothing in this agreement denies a refund or other remedy that a statute requires.

11. Warranty disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SELLER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE SELLER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE IS ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY ON-CHAIN READING IS COMPLETE, OR THAT ANY FIGURE IS SUITABLE FOR A DECISION ABOUT MONEY OR ABOUT ANOTHER PERSON.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SELLER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES, OR FOR TRADING LOSSES, DECISIONS MADE FROM A REPORT, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM THIS SOFTWARE OR THIS AGREEMENT. THE SELLER'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO THE APPLICABLE LICENSE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT LICENSE.

If applicable law does not allow a disclaimer or a limit, that disclaimer or limit applies only to the extent the law allows. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and nothing in this agreement waives a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

13. Termination

This license ends if you break it. When it ends, you must stop using the software and delete the copies you control. Sections 6, 10, 11, 12, and 14 continue.

14. General

This is EULA version 1, dated 27 October 2026. This agreement is the whole agreement about the license. It does not name a forum. If a court holds one section unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Questions about this agreement: support@darkgeneral.com. The seller may update the software. A new version may come with a new agreement shown before you use it.
