Terms of Service
The rules for using darkgeneral.com. Plain English, as short as we could make them.
Who we are
The website at darkgeneral.com (the “website”) is owned and operated by Stanley Capital Group LLC (“we”, “us”). DarkGeneral is our brand, and DarkGeneral Labs is the name we use for our apps.
Customer support: support@darkgeneral.com
Accepting these terms
By using the website you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and, if you buy something, our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
Using the website
You may use the website for your own, lawful purposes: reading articles and news, using our free tools, and learning about our apps. To buy an app you must be old enough to make a binding agreement where you live.
We may change, pause or remove any part of the website, including free tools, at any time.
Not financial advice
Everything on the website is information and opinion. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Crypto, and memecoins especially, are highly speculative and can go to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose, do your own research, and always verify contract addresses on @DarkGeneralDev.
Interrogator results are automated findings from public data, not accusations. They can be incomplete, wrong or out of date. A clean result is not a promise that a token, wallet or website is safe.
Apps and purchases
TradeVault, Wallet Forensics and other DarkGeneral Labs apps are sold and licensed by Stanley Capital Group LLC. Prices are in US dollars and are paid in the cryptocurrencies shown at checkout.
- Your use of an app is covered by its license agreement. For TradeVault, that is the TradeVault End User License Agreement. For Wallet Forensics, that is the Wallet Forensics End User License Agreement.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
- If these terms and an app's license agreement say different things about that app, the license agreement applies.
Our content and brand
The website's articles, design, graphics, logos, code and the DarkGeneral name belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to read, link to and share our pages, and to quote short parts with credit and a link. You may not copy or republish our content in bulk, sell it, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your project.
Other names and logos on the website belong to their owners.
What you may not do
- Break the law, or use the website to scam, defraud, harass or mislead anyone.
- Pretend to be DarkGeneral or our team, for example with fake support accounts, fake tokens or fake “official” links.
- Hack, probe or overload the website, get around rate limits or security measures, or scrape or query our APIs in a way that harms the service for others.
- Upload or send malware, or anything meant to damage someone's device or data.
- Put offensive names on the leaderboards, or post wallets or details you have no right to share.
- Share, sell or publish license files, or get around an app's demo limits or license checks.
We may block access or remove content to protect the website and its users.
Other services and links
The website links to, and some features rely on, services we don't control, such as X, Telegram, Cloudflare, blockchains and block explorers, crypto data providers, news sites, token and security data sources and, for our apps, Helius, Jupiter and CoinGecko. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and they can change or stop at any time. We aren't responsible for them.
We will never ask for your seed phrase, private key or full license file. Don't send them to anyone who claims to be us.
Disclaimers
The website and its free tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no promises that the website will be accurate, complete, secure, error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, trading losses or lost data that come from using the website. For TradeVault and other licensed apps, the limits in that app's license agreement apply instead.
If the law where you live doesn't allow a disclaimer or limit, it applies only as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited or takes away consumer rights that can't be waived.
Customer support
Support is by email only, at support@darkgeneral.com, or through the contact page. We read every message, but we can't promise a reply time.
We will never ask for your seed phrase, private key or full license file. Don't send them to anyone who claims to be us.
Changes and general terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Using the website after that means you accept the update.
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and any app license agreement you accept are the whole agreement between you and us about the website.
