Try the free demo first

This policy covers TradeVault and Wallet Forensics. TradeVault has a free demo. It's the real app, limited in how many of your own trades it stores, so you can check that it works for you, on your device, before you pay. Wallet Forensics has a free demo that opens fictional cases with no key. Please try the demo first.

Paid licenses are generally not refundable

A TradeVault license and a Wallet Forensics license each cost $19.99 USD, paid once in a supported cryptocurrency, for a lifetime license to the version you buy. Paid licenses are generally nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.

Crypto payments may be irreversible

• Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible. A payment sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network may not be recoverable.
• Only use the cryptocurrencies and networks shown at checkout.
• Before you send, check the address, the network and the amount.
• A payment that is incorrect, incomplete or can't be verified may need manual review.

Paying too little or too much

• A payment below the price does not issue a license. Later payments to the same payment link are added together, so you can send the rest to that same link, or contact support@darkgeneral.com.
• A payment above the price issues the license. An excess payment may need manual review.
• Refunds remain available where required by law.

Payment or license problems

Email support@darkgeneral.com if:

• your payment went through but checkout couldn't verify it;
• you paid but didn't receive a license, or received the wrong one;
• your license won't activate.

Include your order ID, the payment's transaction signature, the cryptocurrency, the amount and what happened. We'll check the payment on the blockchain and work to fix it, for example by issuing or reissuing your license. Paid but the page didn't show your license? Use the recovery option on the checkout page with the payment's transaction signature, or your order ID plus the email saved on that order. The email alone is not enough.

We will never ask for your seed phrase, private key or full license file. Don't send them to anyone who claims to be us.

Your rights under the law

Nothing in this policy takes away a refund or other remedy that applicable law gives you. If the law requires a refund, we'll arrange it with you by email.

The license agreement

This policy matches section 10 of the TradeVault End User License Agreement and section 10 of the Wallet Forensics End User License Agreement. Both apps are sold and licensed by Stanley Capital Group LLC.
